Participants in this discussion will explore how to cultivate good qualities that help us deal with stressful times and lead us to a deeper form of happiness and well being. We will learn more about how to engage the world from a compassionate stance and explore how to be more skillful in our daily lives. Our reference text Guide to the Bodhisattva Way of Life, authored by Buddhist master Shantideva. Participants do not need to be Buddhist or have Buddhist training as the wisdom in this text can apply in many settings.

This discussion group is very interactive, although you do not have to speak in the conversation, and there is an opportunity to establish a deeper connection with other spiritually oriented practitioners. This group is facilitated in rotation by four senior students, Anna Drichab Mlodic, Ngawang Tenzing, Ngakmo Tsering and Lama Chonyi, who will bring their own unique insights and knowledge into the discussion.
