Tame the Mind

A confused and untamed mind is the primary source of our suffering.  We offer programs to help students to first tame the mind, then train the mind, and finally transform the mind.  Using a gentle approach, we teach students to apply non-judgmental techniques, and train with self-respect and respect for others.  Our programs include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Stress Reduction Workshops, Yoga, Non-Violent Communication, Spiritual Meditation Programs, and Buddhist Mind Training.
